New, modern, clean, very cosy one-bedroom apartment, designed by the renowned Donlič design studio, situated in the Old Town - the most prestigious residential area of Prague. Just a few steps will take you to the fashionable and exclusive Pařížská Street lined with expensive boutiques. Pařížská Street leads to the Old Town Square with the Astronomical Clock (constructed in 1410) . The Old Town is a guarantee of accessibility to all the requirements for your visit. Most of the main sights, as well as good restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques and large shopping centres are within walking distance of the apartment. The nearby Vltava River is inviting for pleasant strolls. Public transport (tram, Metro) is 200 - 400 metres away. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historical building which is equipped with a lift. The lift entrances are on mezzanine floors, so it is always necessary to climb a few steps. The access therefore is not fully barrier-free. Accommodation is provided for up to three persons, with the use of the additional sofa bed. There is a small balcony and the apartment overlooks a quiet courtyard. The windows are fitted with 'black-out' curtains, as the apartment is very sunny. It is air-conditioned and centrally heated. Beds are always made for guests and there are sufficient towels in the bathroom, so you do not have to bring your own. You may use the Sony audio system for CD, USB, DAB, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi- Fi, DLNA, AirPlay, iPhone, consult the Prague Guide in one of six languages, connect to the Internet and make tea, or coffee from freshly ground coffee beans in the AEG coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, fridge with freezer, etc. The TV has the standard satellite reception in several languages. The bathroom contains a combined washing machine with dryer, hairdryer, soap and ironing board with iron. Amazing location - walking distance SHOPPING 200m - Fashion street Parizska (luxury boutiques: Cartier, Rolex, Vertu, Dolce & Gabanna, Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss, Bvlgari,) 600 meters - shopping center Palladium (180 shops) POINTS OF INTEREST 300 m - Vltava river 350 m - Old Jewish Cemetery, Jewish Museum 400 m - Old Town Square, The Prague Astronomical Clock, Old Town Hall 500 m - Rudolfinum (gallery, concert hall, cafe) 850 m - Charles Bridge 900 m - Wenceslas Square (New Town) 950 m - Powder Tower 1,800 meters - Prague Castle Public transport 200m - tram, bus stop 400m - metro station 800 meters - Masaryk station 1900 - Central Station I will personally welcome you to your apartment and provide all the information and recommendations on how best to spend your days in Prague. During subsequent days, I will be available on the phone as well as by e-mail. We'll meet again in person on the day of your departure. In addition to VIP transfer from the Airport, I am also happy to arrange other services for your pleasure, such as champagne in the room, flowers, chocolate truffles on arrival. I am also able to make your restaurant reservations or bookings for interesting excursions. Please feel free to ask :-) The apartment is strictly non-smoking, but you may smoke on the balcony. Check-in and check-out are flexible, but, in the case of full occupancy, it is necessary to respect the basic times: departure by 12:00 and arrival after 14:00. Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. I require a passport or ID card from all guests for checking upon arrival. All payments are in EUR or USD. Do not take a taxi in the street, except in places designated as 'Fair Place Taxi'. You may also order a taxi by phone from an English-speaking dispatch centre, or download the application to your smartphone. When getting into a taxi, always check that the meter is switched on. Preferably exchange money in banks or designated Exchange offices. Never exchange money in the street!More

The Studio is in an excellent location - close to public transit and many major sites & attractions. Martin graciously accommodated a special requirement that we had on arrival which made things much easier. We were happy with our stay. Bob C

The apartment inside feels clean, modern and spacious. The location is perfect, 7-15 mins walk to a few groceries store, 7 minutes to old town square, 15 to Charles Bridge. The owner was nice, friendly and responsive to our questions. The fridge was nicely stocked...More

We spend 1 week in Martin's beautiful appartment. Martin responded quickly to our questions during the reservation process and during our stay. He organized the transportations between the airport and the appartment for us at a reasonable price ( 30 euros each way). The driver...More

This is a great apartment in the perfect location in Prague. The apartment is modern, clean, and well equipped. You could not ask for more. Martin is very responsive and made our stay easy. I would definitely book this again.
