This is an unique two bedroom apartment of 130 sqm, it is set in the deep heart of Prague's most vibrant area, in a sought-after location and definitely one of Prague's finest addresses. At a short stroll you will reach the left bank of the Vltava River, the Charles Bridge and then the Lesser Town and the Prague Castle area. You’ll be spoiled for choice for places to visit when you stay at this prestigious address.

Everything you need is at your fingertips, the area is home to some of the most exclusive boutiques, traditional Czech pubs, trendy bars and romantic cafes. Gourmets will appreciate the culinary delights served in the large choice of restaurants and cafeterias that the area has to offer. If you’re looking for a lively nightlife, there’s no other place to be, there’s a wide array of clubs and music bars and the scene is always changing. There is much to see and do.

Must see!!! Highlights!!! To name a few, the medieval astronomical clock located on the Old Town Hall, the Baroque St. Nicholas Church, the tower of the Old Town Hall, the Church of Our Lady before Tyn and he Rococo Kinsky Palace.

General facilities: Air conditioning, WIFI, 3D large flat screen LED TV, security door, Italian espresso machine, coffee, spices, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, welcome pack (including shower gel + shampoo, cotton swabs (buds) and cosmetic cotton pads), hair dryer, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Property description: two bedrooms, large living room, dinning area, kitchen and two bathrooms plus one guest toilet.

First bedroom: King size bed (medical and anti allergy mattresses), large single bed (medical and anti allergy mattresses), night tables, reading lamps, office corner, double sided oval make-up mirror, chest of drawers, flat screen TV (LED - New generation Smart TV), Bluetooth speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices.

Second bedroom: King size bed (medical and anti allergy mattresses), night tables, reading lamps, pull-out sofa (200 cm x 100 cm, allows additional sleeping), double sided oval make-up mirror, chest of drawers, flat screen TV (LED - New generation Smart TV), Bluetooth speaker for connecting iPods, MP3 players, computer or other devices. Balcony: opening on the courtyard.

Living room: leather sofa, coffee table, home cinema sound system, large flat screen TV (LED - New generation Smart TV), DVD / Blue Ray and wine cooler.

Living room (second part): pull-out sofa (200 cm x 100 cm, allows additional sleeping)

Balcony: opening on Kozi street (nice view).

Dinning area: dinning table & chairs.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich and waffle maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

First bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer, digital bathroom scale.

Second bathroom (en suite): walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, digital bathroom scale.

Non smoking apartment.

We are really not flexible at these points.

Due to serious problems with the neighbors we have to apply this condition and we will not accept such kind of traveller's at their arrival.
