Security Deposit at Check-in - The Loft is packed with amazing stuff - We take a £400 pre-authorisation (not a charge) on your credit card at or before check-in. Automatically released after our inspection on check-out. No Smoking - The Loft is strictly no smoking. £300 ultra-deep cleaning charge if Smoking is detected I'm afraid ;( Blackout Blinds in both bedrooms but not in the Lounge where the sofa bed is. No outside noise please after 10pm and before 8am.

Lovely stay

Absolutely beautiful view from this place! That is enough of a reason to stay here. However the attentive host and the immaculate spaces in this building make it a wonderful experience. Fully recommend!!

Fantastic stay!

Went for a long weekend with the girls and it was absolutely perfect! Beds were comfy, well equipped with everything you needed and the place was absolutely immaculate. Thank you to Sue who was also amazing and very helpful.

About the neighbourhood
Clipston is just 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Market Harborough which is directly connected by direct high speed train to Nottingham, Leicester, Luton Airport and London St Pancras and one change to London Gatwick Airport. The village offers a traditional English way of life with a good pub serving homemade food, summer fetes, friendly community and access to beautiful walks and countryside pursuits. We are very close to a plethora of interesting places and things to do including the world famous Foxton Locks and the Grand Union canal, The Soaring Centre (Glider Airport), Welford Children's Farm Park, Pitsford Reservoir (sailing / kayaking / biking), Mini Mischief's Soft play centre and much more.
Getting around
Whilst you can arrive by train and then taxi to the Loft, most people come by car, as we are located about 2 miles from the village in open countryside and we offer secure parking free of charge.
