Fantastic location, train and swan river 5 minutes walk. This home has been renovated with luxury furnishings and fittings and will please anyone who stays here. Warm in winter cool in summer.
The beds are all orthopaedic mattresses with luxury white linen like a 5 star hotel. All modern amenities are here and each room has an individual story. This is a big big big house. Outdoor entertaining + a BBQ. Loads of parking.

The location is brilliant. 5 minute walk to the IGA grocery store, Swan River, viewing of the ducks, pelicans and swans. 2 Minutes to Canning Highway and 5 minutes to the freeway taking you south or north of Perth.
A car is essential. A mini bus or people mover can fit easily in the driveway.
