The open plan living area is stunning with all the amenities you require and fully reversed cycle refrigerated air-conditioning and heating which can be adjusted room by room. Parking - You park at the house and walk for 4 minutes and you are at the water's edge having dinner or enjoying all the local restaurants and pub. Also many other things, Baker, Grocery Store, Newsagent, Butcher and over 10 local restaurants with different cuisine. The Crown Casino is 10 minutes by taxi and the City the same. A bus stop is 2 minute's walk. The train is 5 minutes by car. A great location. THE PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THANK YOU.
