Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer. Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking.

All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex.  Unit 3 over looks the back car park.
