No better position, this air conditioned Penthouse apartment is located in the heart of town with great views from the Gaol to the Macleay River mouth and only two minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and the added bonus of WIFI. Large open plan tiled living area with high ceilings flows neatly from the large dining and kitchen area. Sit back and relax in the super comfortable lounges, while watching your favourite team play on the 50' LED LDC television, there is also a Blu-Ray player. The lounge area then spills out onto two large balconies where you can sit and appreciate the beautiful outlook while enjoying dinner on the Weber BBQ or relax in the sun lounge and read a good book. Three bedrooms so plenty of room for two couples or a family. All the things you want, you will have and all the things you didn't think you would need, will be there! This is a very spacious, comfortable unit. Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you. South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy. Fish Rock Cave, 2 km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks, turtles and spotted eagle rays. The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia during World War 11. Smoky Cape Lighthouse is one of the oldest, and tallest, lighthouses in NSW.More
