This very large 3 bedroom, 1st floor apartment is on Little St, directly opposite Wallis Lake. You’ll love this place because of the location - it's just a 10 minute stroll along the lake to the town centre & beaches.

Cafe's/restaurants, fishing, swimming & boating facilities are directly across the road. Golf courses, tennis courts, movie theatres, major shopping centres and malls are all 10 min drive.

The apartment is great for couples & families, as it is extremely spacious (comfortably accommodating two large families). It has two living areas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full kitchen, separate dining room, two bathrooms & lake views from the living area and balcony. Car spot within a security gated complex.

Position of place was within walking distance to all places for meals and drinks. Easy parking of vehicle. Place was very spacious. Be real good for 4 adults and 4 kids at same time or just 2 mates to get away and play lots of...More

David’s apartment is spacious for 2 families. It is a 10 min walk to town centre and across from Wallis Lake David made it so easy to communicate with. He answered questions promptly. He checked in to see if everything was okay which was appreciated....More

About the neighbourhood
Once you park the car inside the security complex you can leave it behind as everything is within walking distance.

The local shops are just a short walk away, where you will find some great cafes and restaurants. Directly across the road you will also find some lovely cafes that are built over the water.

Beautiful Wallis Lake is right across the road, with some great fishing. You can fish from the shore or if you have your own boat there are some really good boat ramps. Alternatively you can hire a boat, canoe or kayak from one of the two boat hire places which are within walking distance from the apartment.

If fishing is not your thing then keep in mind there are plenty of other great natural attractions for the whole family to enjoy
Getting around
As the apartment is so central to everything you can get around easily by walking or cycling. If you prefer to drive you will find most things are 5 min away. There is a taxi rank at the end of the street and a bus and coach station too.

If you enjoy exploring by car there are some some great tourist drives down to Cape Hawk, Seal Rocks and Booti Booti National Park where you will find some fantastic secluded beaches, bbq and picnic areas, and great 4-WD treks.
