Perfectly located at just a few seconds walk to the beautiful beaches and poplular restaurants that he town of Las Terrenas has to offer. Daily fresh fish market is just a couple of minute walk away, as well as stores and pharmacies. This large second floor condo is brand new, and features a fully equipped Italian kitchen, ceiling fans and AC's in every room, quality furniture and appliances and partial ocean view. No car needed at this property, however, there is a secure parking lot. This complex of only nine condos also features an outdoor pool and seating area.
