The Poplars is a private estate located in the quiet village of south Ferring. This cosy house is light and bright and only 4 mins walk to the beach I built the house myself in 2009 so didn't hold back on any luxuries. The Kitchen is spacious, contemporary and well equipped The private west facing garden includes a wooden table and four chairs and gets the sunshine all day. The property is well equipped and provides a high standard of contemporary accommodation including underfloor heating throughout and a modern kitchen and bathroom The bungalow is about 4 minutes from the beach, and within easy reach of historic Arundel, sunny Worthing and vibrant Brighton. The poplars is the perfect place from which to enjoy all the delights of the South Coast There are two bedrooms, The main bedroom includes a king size bed and the second bedroom features a double bed The lounge is very comfortable light and airy with a Large smart TV sunk into the wall ( all very easy to use) The kitchen is well equipped and spacious . It has an electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine . The bathroom is spacious and modern Bed linen and towels are included in the price so no extras. Visitors parking slots are available in the poplars car park Children will love the seascape and beach but travel 3 miles to the 'out of bounds' activity centre where family activities include climbing, bowling, soft play, adventure golf, laser tag, football and golf. A 4 mile walk along the seafront from the poplars with take you into Worthing which has many attractions and will take about 1 hour 30 mins Alternatively cycling along the same route will take about 20 mins The 700 bus route Brighton, Shoreham Worthing Goring Ferring East Preston Rustington Littlehampton Bognor Arundel Chichester Havant and Portsmouth and can be picked up from Ferring Village. The local bus 8A runs from Ferring to Worthing Pier and then back again. Goring by Sea train station is a half hours walk away and runs along the south coast Gatwick airport is a 23 mile drive away. Local facilities include 2 popular beach cafés which both excellent food . The dog friendly Blue Bird Cafe is just 5 mins walk and Sea Lane cafe is 30 mins. More

5 mins walk to sea front and Blue Bird cafe, saves driving anywhere and for longer walks there is the Sea Lane Cafe which you can walk to along the beach. Parking at propery and an enclosed garden for dogs. It was a really comfortable...More

Had a Lovely break as the poplars, lovely helpful neighbours and a very peaceful location, walk to the beach is only a few minutes, and a cosy pub round the corner Thanks for the cookies :)
