The kitchen is bright and well equipped (fridge, mini stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, etc.)
There is a mini stove, grill oven, microwave oven, and plenty of cooking ware and utensils.
A good selection of coffee and teas is available
At the end of the corridor are the shower, wash basin and toilet, all separate.

The flat is on the garden level. Access is private, around the back of the house.

You can park your car on the side road used by ourselves and our 2 neighbours.
The local grocer, café and bakery are just 10min walk from the flat.
The small cruise boat going to the Gorge past Trevallyn
The lovely walk along the river at Royal Park will take you to Seaport (approx. 1.5km)
View of the Tamar river at the Tailrace Park, where a lot of birds and sometimes seals can be seen.

Marion's Vineyard in Deviot (40min North of Launceston) offers beautiful view and good wine.

Comfortable 2-bedroom flat with garden and private entrance. Ideal for a group or family of up to 5 people. Located in the hilly and leafy suburb of Trevallyn, close to the centre town and the Cataract Gorge.

Entertainment: Wifi/ADSL internet, TV, DVDs, board games. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, mini stove and grill oven, microwave oven, plenty of crockery and utensils. Tea, coffee, breakfast and cooking essentials are provided for your convenience.

Beds configuration: 2 bedrooms (queen bed and 2 single beds). Extra fold-out single bed. Good quality linen and plenty of bath towels are provided. The shower, toilet and wash basin are all separate. The laundry is external and for the exclusive use of the guests.

The rental was perfect for our stay. We have a 6y/o and the accommodation was enough space for us, cosy and comfortable. The provisions and personal touches were lovely. Its not far to travel anywhere we wanted to go in Launceston (lots of things even within walking distance) and a great base for our day trips. The host was lovely...

when we arrived for a wedding. we were greeted by a lovely hostess. tired from flying in from nz. we were welcomed by lovely clean accommodation. food and coffee in the fridge and cupboards. already for us we didn't need to go out and get any thing, which was great ! we rested and relaxed that day. recommend walking down...

My family enjoyed the comfortable homely environment at the cottage with everything you could imagine available to us. Ampule food and linen decent coffee size cups and a selection of all sorts of coffee and teas. Comfortable relaxing property with great views of Launceston. We would recommend for couples and friends or families. Yes we would book again if ever...
