Completely level, this inner-city oasis is fully self-contained and comfortably accommodates 4 - 5 people. Modern and spacious with high quality décor. Hotel quality linen and towels provided. Full size kitchen and laundry appliances, dinner settings for up to 6 people, all cooking utensils and equipment, flat screen TVs, air-conditioning/heat pump, hairdryers, clock radios etc with lots of added extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Public transport nearby. Bedroom configurations can be 1 x queen bed in one room and either 1 x king bed or 2 x single beds in the other bedroom. For the 5th person, a comfortable single rollaway bed (or port-a-cot) can be added to the main bedroom. Alternatively the rollaway/cot can be placed in between the lounge and dining areas. For children the apartment has a selection of books, toys, DVDs and games, along with melamine dinnerware, plastic tumblers etc. Wheelchair accessible, with compliant bathroom, doors and accessible car park to comply with BCA 2011/AS 1428.1 2009. Guests are responsible for all personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of any description at all times. Parking is at your own risk. The apartments have exterior video camera surveillance at each of the external entrances/car parking area. The maximum occupancy in the apartment is 5 people (adults/children/infants). The nightly tariff is based on 2 people. Each additional adult/child will incur an additional person fee per night. Infants 2 years and under are free. Port-a-cot, hire chair and baby bath are available for $40 per stay. If infants require a bed, an additional fee of $40 per night will be applicable. Under no circumstances shall the number of adults/children occupying the apartment be greater than that appearing on the booking confirmation. Hobart Cityscape reserves the right to either recover costs directly from guests or evict guests from the property without refund. During Covid-19, for cleaning and hygiene reasons, we are removing all books, toys, game and magazines. In addition, we are reducing the number of cookware items to make dish washing easier. Disturbance, including excessive noise is prohibited. On departure, the property must be left in a clean and tidy state as it was on arrival.

Fabulous stylish comfortable central Hobart apartment
Great central Hobart location. Exceptionally well presented clean apartment. Not only is the apartment really comfortable (and so quiet) but there are so many thoughtful touches to make your stay that extra special experience. Wonderful accomodation!

Great apartment in quiet location
Great place to stay, excellent quiet location, walking distance to CBD, Salamanca Market & waterfront. Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean- underfloor bathroom heating- lovely. Pauline is a great host, quick to respond throughout the booking process and to telephone calls, so easy to deal with. Will certainly recommend to family & friends and will visit again.

Quiet, Secluded, Spotless, Great Location
Fantastic location, walking distance to CBD. Tucked away, very quiet location, a place to relax after a long day of sight seeing around Hobart and the Tasman Peninsula. The apartment is very well presented/appointed and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Pauline is a wonderful host.

Fantastic!
What a great place to stay. So nicely presented, very clean. Pauline was lovely to deal with and gave so much useful information before and during our stay. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Perfect Location and spectacularly clean!
We had 2 staff members stay here while they were working nearby. They loved Pauline's place. It was spotless on arrival, she was easy the contact when they had a minor issue with parking and she even organised a mid-stay clean for them which was completely unexpected and great surprise. Pauline was very helpful and quick to respond throughout all of the booking process. If we were coming back to Hobart for work or socially we would definitely organise to stay here again! Thanks so much for a great stay.

IMMACULATE & WELL LOCATED APARTMENT
Firstly I have to say that prior to our arrival, we had been given detailed instructions on how to access the apartment as well as other information regarding the things to do while we were in Hobart. From the moment we opened the door we realised that we had made an excellent choice for our 4 night stay in Hobart. The place was immaculate and with every amenity to make our stay there as comfortable as possible. If we had so wished, we had everything on hand in the kitchen to cook up a banquet. The bedrooms were nicely appointed with the main one having a flat screen television on the wall. The bathroom with its underfloor heating (great for the cooler weather we experienced during our stay), was large and very functional. Barely a 10 minute walk to the city or to Salamanca Place and the quayside made our stay so much better and we easily accessed all the restaurants, shops and the boat to MONA. All I can say is that we will definitely use this rental again for further visits to Hobart and would thoroughly recommend it for other visitors.

Definitely the cleanest, most well appointed inner city apartments
We have just spent nearly a week in Pascoe and considering we have stayed in 10 different hotels & apartments so far, while we our house is being fixed, and I can say this put every single hotel in Hobart city to shame. The space is well designed for compact privacy, the bathroom is large and open (wheelchair friendly and therefore baby and child friendly, even without a bath), the kitchen has everything and it was all clean. Whereas at the Mantra I worries about my daughter’s health (old, food encrusted tea towel), here i almost felt guilty letting her loose in case she made a mess. That said, Pauline showed no such concern and provided toys for Indy and there was sufficient internet for her to watch her iPad and play games. As we were basically living there, with work and school on weekdays it was a relief to have easy washing and drying and plenty of hanging space. My daughter has asthma and my partner has eczema, neither had a problem here. Pauline does ask you to respect their space and considering that they treat you like friends and provide more than your average holiday apartment that’s fair enough. It doesn’t take a moment to clean up after yourself and there is a place for everything here. No stairs so baby safe. We are now in apartment 1 (maybe 3?) and unfortunately have to move tomorrow because they are booked out for Chinese New Year but I can’t wait to come back on Sunday for our next stay (I recommend booking in advance if you want apartment living close to the city because this is the best). Apartment 1 is just as nice by the way.

Perfect family stay
The apartment was our home away from home. Great for the kids - board games, toys, dvds and reading books at the ready. Location was central and within easy walking distance to shops and food outlets. Loved the heated bathroom floor :) Amazing place - will be back!

Great accessible unit in the centre of Hobart
It is a gorgeous apartment close to the harbour and many other Hobart highlights. Additionally, the manager is very friendly. If you need a unit with a roll-in shower and open floor plan the unit is fit out perfectly. Obviously make sure and double check that it meets your specific needs. For example, this part of Hobart is quite hilly. In my electric wheelchair I had no issues.

Lovely and peaceful
First time trying out Holiday Rental but it felt more like home away from home. Pauline was prompt in her emails and the place was clean and in a quiet location. Conveniently located to supermarkets, Salamanca Market, if you drive but the driveway allows only 1 medium size sedan. We even walked a couple of blocks to get picked up for a day tour. If/When we do go back Hobart, we will love to stay here again.
