An immaculately presented, two bedroom, two bathroom, fully self-contained holiday apartment which comfortably accommodates 4 - 5 people. Modern and spacious with high quality décor. Hotel quality linen and towels provided. Full size kitchen and laundry appliances, dinner settings for up to 6 people, all cooking utensils and equipment, flat screen TVs, air-conditioning/heat pump, hairdryers, clock radios etc with lots of added extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. This fantastic inner city apartment is just a 6 minute stroll to the CBD, 8-10 minute walk to Salamanca Market and the waterfront precinct. Free off-street parking and free Wi-Fi. Public transport nearby. Bedroom configurations can be 1 x king or 2 x single beds per bedroom. For the 5th person, a comfortable...An immaculately presented, two bedroom, two bathroom, fully self-contained holiday apartment which comfortably accommodates 4 - 5 people. Alternatively the rollaway can be placed in between the lounge and dining areas. For children the apartment has a selection of books, toys, DVDs and games, along with melamine dinnerware, plastic tumblers etc. Guests are responsible for all personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of any description at all times. Parking is at your own risk. The apartments have exterior video camera surveillance at each of the external entrances/car parking area. The maximum occupancy in the apartment is 5 people (adults/children/infants). The nightly tariff is based on 2 people. Each additional adult/child will incur an additional person fee per night. Infants 2 years and under are free. Port-a-cot, hire chair and baby bath are available for $40 per stay. If infants require a bed, an additional fee of $40 per night will be applicable. Under no circumstances shall the number of adults/children occupying the apartment be greater than that appearing on the booking confirmation. Hobart Cityscape reserves the right to either recover costs directly from guests or evict guests from the property without refund. During Covid-19, for cleaning and hygiene reasons, we are removing all books, toys, game and magazines. In addition, we are reducing the number of cookware items to make dish washing easier. Disturbance, including excessive noise is prohibited. On departure, the property must be left in a clean and tidy state like on arrival.

When 5 stars are not enough
Without doubt the best equipped cleanest and all round great value apartment we have ever stayed in on holidays Centrally located in Hobart close to restaurants and tourist destinations and brilliantly managed/owned by Pauline who did every thing possible to make our stay perfect including meeting us on our arrival at 11.30 pm— over and above the call of duty. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the two bathrooms have heated flooring for your extra comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped ( if anything better than our own home) with such extras as salt and pepper, paper towel and cooking oil etc— the kind of things not normally on offer in a holiday let. I could go on with further superlatives but I think it’s pretty clear this is something special

Quality stay
We had 3 nights at this comfortable and tastefully appointed apartment. Every need was met with nothing lacking. Beds comfortable, good quality sheeting and toweling. No street noise even though it is right on a main thoroughfare, double glazing helps that. Close to the city but enough out to be quiet in the evenings. I would come back here without a 2nd thought. I have already recommended it to one of my friends. Dealing with the owner was easy and she should be proud of the establishment she has created. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Wonderful place to explore Hobart from
Wonderfully presented and comfortable, the owner gave us a warm greeting and provided all the details we needed to get around and explore. Being so close to central Hobart we walked most places and easily navigated the area. Thoroughly recommend this as a wonderful, friendly place to stay

Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children
We were most impressed with our accomodation at the "Wellington'. Very well located and an easy to walk to CBD/ Salamanca etc. Immaculately presented with nice decor. Loved having the second bathroom and kids enjoyed accessing the DVDs. Pauline was most welcoming and offered some much appreciated touring advice. We will certainly recommend to others.

Fantastic Apartments - Clean, modern, close to everything!
It is a short walk to the main street in Hobart. Just a 2 minute walk from the front door is a great walk taking you to the Cascade Gardens. Close to everything. Safe off street parking. My Kids loved staying at the apartments. There are games, wifi, TV's in the room, etc.

A fantastic apartment in a great location!
What a great apartment it lacked nothing. The location was just right in easy proximity to the wharf /markets and restaurants. Our host Pauline made sure we were comfortable and supplied us with fantastic information to assist in our stay. We will certainly book again and are already recommending to our friends.

Beautiful family apartment right in the heart of Hobart.
Beautifully maintained and furnished apartment that had all we needed and more. The apartment was spotless and Pauline made sure we had information about all of the local events and destinations. Very comfortable for a family of 5, and a great base to explore Hobart and surrounds. Will certainly recommend to my family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding 4 night stay
Visited Hobart with a friend for first time. Pauline met us when we arrived in the late afternoon. She gave us our keys and a thorough description of our apartment and the area (grocery stores, cafes, activities, etc). Very helpful! The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished. There were also indoor activities (i.e., DVD, movies, games, magazines, etc) for a rainy day. Personally, I think this was the best unit for our purposes as it had two nice bedrooms and baths with good amount of sunlight and a view of Mt Wellington. Big thumbs up! I'd also recommend trying Hamlet Cafe just down the street. Great coffee, food, and service.

Return stay - just as good as the first!
Spent 2 nights in Apartment 1 & thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculately maintained facility. Pauline's attention to detail is truly First Class. We are returning to Hobart in a few months & will be staying at Cityscape again, but in Apartment 3. Had the opportunity to inspect No.3 before we left Hobart & was suitably impressed as well. Somewhat larger than No.1, with similar themed very smart decor. The apartments look so fresh, one would think they had only been recently constructed.

This is it.... Look no further!!
Stop looking....This is it!! A home away from home. Modern,well renovated,spacious,very clean and with all the amenities you can think of. Well located and within walking distance from CBD, attraction and shops. Very friendly and helpful hosts that take pride in their product. We will definitely come back and recommend it to all our friends....
