A mix of historic and modern buildings, residences and consulting type businesses. Free half hour and 2 hours street parking, plus disabled parking zone. Great cafe across the street and many others close by for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Lovely, tree-lined inner-city path nearby for a relaxing stroll, jog or run. You might even see the local platypus!
Getting around
A car is not necessary, as there are hop-on-hop-off bus tours, boutique mini bus tours of all varieties, taxis/Ubers and ferries available to get you where you want to go. A car is recommended if you are going to be doing day trips from Hobart eg. Port Arthur and Bruny Island.
