Located In one of Hobart's most beautiful old buildings this elegant and spacious apartment is lavishly appointed with contemporary comforts. With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, It occupies the whole of the first floor and accommodates 8 guests in style and comfort. Roxburgh House, a heritage listed property, is midway between the waterfront and North Hobart's food precinct with the surrounding area lively and filled with small cafes and shops.

We allow guests complete independence and privacy in the apartment at Roxburgh House. You are given the key code on booking confirmation and both myself the owner and my Managers; Julie & Jason, are always available to answer your queries. We don't live on site but we often pop in and we are very responsive to your needs. We enjoy helping visitors and are happy to give local tips and hints on the best things to see and do in Hobart!

Booked 3 nights and sadly prepaid. After the first night of no sleep we knew we might be in trouble. Period building with nice renovation but it’s located at Hobarts noisiest intersection in a nonresidential area( please google map it ) car park to Godfreys...More

Getting to Roxburgh House is easy. Just follow the directions into the heart of Hobart and find Elizabeth Street - 162 Elizabeth Street is just 3 blocks North of the end of the Elizabeth Street Mall - the heart of Hobart's CBD. Parking is at the back of the building with the detailed instructions on exactly where to park listed in the Welcome letter we send to you upon confirmation of your booking with us. There is no need for your car in Hobart city as you can walk to all the tourist highlights in the city. Even to travel to Mona, you can walk to the ferry at the waterfront to ride to Mona - which is an experience in itself!
