A great place for a small group to stay when hiking the Heyson Trail. Welcoming, comfortable and cosy with a well stocked kitchen. Quiet and convenient.

About the neighbourhood
The area was settled by mainly German settlers in the mid 1800s. Many of the early farms failed leaving the area rich with ruins of farmhouses and old farming equipment which can be explored. While the lowlands have been cleared, the Hallelujah Hills have been left wooded and provide a home for kangaroos, emus, lizards, galahs, lorikeets, eagles and other wild-life. A herd of feral deer also roam the Hills. Local scenic attractions include the Wold's End suspension footbridge, the Burra Creek Gorge, Red Banks Conservation Park, the Heysen Trail, the Tothill Range, Burra copper mine. Robertstown is home to Lehman's General Store which still operates as it did about 100 years ago with the addition of modern refrigeration.
