The location of this apt is fantastic with views of the beach, the mountains and the river. Coles and shopping centre (with restaurants) is downstairs with the beach and Cavil Avenue just a short stroll away. The Chevron Renaissance facilities including pools, gym, gardens and games room were all well maintained. The apt itself is nicely furnished and is exactly as you see in the pictures on the GCHR website. Speaking of GCHR, from booking online to checking in and out, their service was impeccable. Their text msg and email service was terrific, with sending info about key collection (and drop off) to wifi passwords. We left a phone charger behind and when we phoned them they couldn't do enough to help with its return.
My only small negative comment is that it can be very confusing getting around the (3 building) complex,

Loved it! Perfect location and amazing views out of every window. Apartment 1264 was very spacious and had everything we needed.
The price was great and everything is so close by.
There is some minor maintenance that needs to be addressed, but we would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back!
