There is an outdoor veranda for relaxing, with lovely bush and local area views. There is an ample walk in wardrobe and storage area. Everything you could want or need is available to make you feel at home, away from home. Although close to the city and on a main bus route the apartment is sound insulated so has no city or road noise just the sound of the birds. The base price quoted is for 2 guests. A single bed can be added for a third guest, or a separate sleeping arrangement at an additional cost of $30/night. A portacot is available on request. Located only 3 km from the city centre of Brisbane you can either catch a bus at the door or walk the 35 mins to Queen St in the heart of the city. Convenient buses also travel direct to Southbank and the Gabba Cricket Ground. You can also walk 45 mins to Southbank. Paddington and its boutique shops, antique centres, restaurants and cafes are only a 10 min walk away. There is a lovely cafe on the next corner for a great coffee or lunch. If you are attending the football or other entertainment at Suncorp stadium you only have a 20 min walk. Free parking is available in the side street adjacent to the apartment. Your hosts live in the house above the apartment but you will have complete separation and privacy as well as your own entrance. If you require any advice or assistance we are here to help. A continental breakfast (for short stays) and free tea and coffee are provided. Access to and from the airport is fast and efficient via the ICB (Inner City By-pass) and airport link tunnels. An Yber costs approximately $40. Access to both the Sunshine and Gold Coasts are also easy with the ICB and M1 Freeway only a few minutes drive away. This is a great place to stay while visiting Brisbane for either business or pleasure as you can live and relax in a quiet space only a stones throw from the city.More

This spotless apartment was located in a lovely garden setting. It was close to public transport and the city centre and local supermarkets were a short distance away. The owners were very welcoming and provided tasty breakfast provisions at the beginning of my stay.

The Red Hill/Paddington area is renowned for cafés, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, all 10 mins walk away or less. Other local attractions include Suncorp Stadium and Broncos Leagues Club. Buses to and from the city stop at our front gate, and there is a bus to the city, southbank and the Gabba cricket ground a short walk away. Brisbane CBD and Southbank are within walking distance.
