Lovely, high quality cabin situated in a peaceful location. Booked as a base for a fishing trip, this cabin was far more than adequate and would be perfect for a family holiday. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again!

Very much enjoyed our family long weekend. Stunning location, great facilities, highly recommended. Needs a teapot for large groups and a slightly less sensetive smoke alarm.

My family and I spent a wonderful, relaxing week in Dalavich. There are some super walks around the village and having the shop and community centre nearby was great. Osprey Lodge is fully equipped and the location of Loch Awe lodges is second to none.

About the neighbourhood
This unique location was created by the forestry commission as a place of tranquillity, amid outstanding scenery. In addition to the peace and quiet of the log cabin locations the surrounding area provides an amazing natural playground with forests, burns, rivers, castles, mountains and lochs to explore and enjoy. The area has a proliferation of walks, cycle routes and local attractions, has an abundance of wildlife and is a world renowned destination for anglers. Many visitors are captivated by the area, as we were, and return time and again to the shores of Loch Awe. We hope that you too will visit our highland hideaway and enjoy our log cabins and the natural wonders of this unspoiled part of Scotland.
