It is a beach house that is 5/10 minutes walk from two stunning beaches (S. Julião and Foz do Lizandro), 25 minutes from Sintra with its magical monuments and 40 minutes from Lisbon airport;
It is a house that combines the simplicity of forms with the refinement of details, with excellent views of the sea, full of natural light, this offers the best of both worlds, the peace of the countryside and the sea air.
It is a great area for bike rides along the mountains and along the river and sea (free bikes).
Equipped with various barbecue facilities and furniture for outdoor dining and leisure.

Parfait pour ma famille
Pour commencer Tania et son mari sont adorables et je les remercie de leur accueil. La maison était propre, magnifique et très bien conçue, La cuisine, le salon et les chambres sont très spacieux et très bien décorés. La piscine est grande et nous en avons bien profité. Nous avons apprécié aussi le barbecue et la mise à disposition de vélos. La suite parentale à l'étage est un modèle du genre. Place de parking parfaite, même pour une très grosse voiture.
Une plage à 10 minutes à peine en voiture. Ericeira, les restaurants et toutes les commodités à un peu plus de 10 minutes en voiture. Au top !!!
Pour les plus courageux, Lisbonne est à environ 30 - 40 minutes en voiture, nous avons pu profiter des monuments et des restaurants le soir à Belem et dans toutes la ville.
Sintra aussi est à une trentaine de minutes. Nous avons apprécié cette maison et l'acceuil de Tania. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Les enfants ont adoré ce séjour.

Beautiful place to stay
We really enjoyed our week at Nira House. The house is lovely; clean, well equipped and comfortable, a lovely pool, and within easy driving distance of some lovely days out. The walk to the beach is really nice, but the walk back up the cliffs is a bit more challenging! Tania is an amazing host, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Spot on!
Tania was the perfect host - she's thought of everything! Sunbed for every member of our 8-person group, beach towels for everyone, hairdyers, well equipped kitchen and mini (maxi!) bar, outdoor and indoor dining tables and chairs! Tania provided lots of info about the local area too. Beautiful views and fab pool! The house was about a 20 minute walk from the nearest beach, Sao Juliao. We carried our surfboards down to the beach, but otherwise a car was needed to get about. Overall we had a fabulous holiday!
