Granary Mill Cottage is in a wonderful area with walks, cycling and the river on the doorstep and will suit families or couples looking to explore this wonderful area of Norfolk. Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Netflix, DVD, iPod dock, Xbox, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private decked area with furniture and BBQ. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, and no smoking. Shop and pub/restaurant 7 mins walk. Note: The property has unfenced water surrounding it, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There are two steps from the living area to the two main bedrooms and bunk bedroom and one step down to the kitchen, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a curtain separating the bunk bed room from the kitchen, there is no door. Note: The king-size double and twin bedrooms are accessed via the bunk room. Note: The property is accessed along an unmade track of approximately 0.25 miles. Note: BBQ not to be used after dark due to safety reasons. Note: Fishing hire is not available at this property however, guests are welcome to bring their own equipment at their if they have the appropriate licenses. Note: Max 6 guests. Note: canoe and kayak hire is now available on request from the owner. Note: This property will be pet friendly starting March. Note: the property although secluded is not enclosed. Note: The footbridge leading to the walk of Angels Way is temporarily closed for repair / improvements until further notice. Think before you book! Terrible!

Although this is in a perfect location and dont get me wrong the views are amazing, there are so many issues with this property! The owners dogs fully roam the property (including the one your staying in), although I dont personally mind dogs they are...More

Not properly cleaned. Very disappointing. You are on your own when things go wrong.

Wonderful location for relaxing holiday
