This is a beautiful home, in an amazing location, that gave us a very unique and private way to experience the rainforest. I am glad we stayed here for 3 nights. While we were here we swam by the waterfall and explored around the house, we took an electric boat tour to see the crocodiles and we walked a beautiful beach. I would recommend this home. We enjoyed it very much.

I don't think the pictures do this place justice. It such a great experience staying in the middle of the Daintree Rain Forest and being able to connect with nature and your friends/family

The perfect escape to relax, explore and spend time together as a family. We loved swimming in the waterhole and playing cards on the porch. The wildlife was incredible and the kids loved their daily visit with the resident tortious. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this beautiful slice of the world again.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time here. Everything we could ask for was provided and we didn't leave the property once the whole time. It honestly felt like we were in a dream because it's hard to believe a place like this exists.

This is the most beautiful holiday house I've ever stayed in. A tranquil and private tropical paradise every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was really well supplied and house was clean and comfortable.

It is a fantastic location to stay. You are completely on your own with a small waterfall just for you. The house is fully equipped so that you can stay there several days without leaving the location. We will certainly come back one time.

Peaceful Paradise
If you want to escape to paradise, away from the madding crowd, Daintree Secrets is your place.Situated amongst the most ancient rainforest in the world, the house sits above its own pristine watering hole where we spent most of our time on the huge red beanbags. You can sit under the waterfall and marvel at the Ulysses butterflies, jungle perch, tropical birds and the constant buzz of rainforest all around.Take a mask and snorkel and have fun just watching all the critters doing their thing.
The house itself had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. Everything was very clean and it was great having a few sauces, vinegars, mustards etc in the cupboard.There is glassware for all types of drinks and plastic ware for around the watering hole.
We also spent time on the verandah playing cards, reading books and chilling.Next time we will book Ocean Safaris reef tour, which we hear is fantastic.We loved the coffee at the Croc Cafe in Cape Trib and had a walk along the beach and boardwalk.
I can't rate this place highly enough if you just need time out to decompress in beautiful surrounds with everything you need for your stay.Just bring a sarong, food and drinks and that's it! We will be back!
