- Master Bedroom: queen bed, sofa bed, closet and Cable TV
- Bedroom #2: 2 set of bunk beds (accommodates four people)
- Bedrooms are fully air conditioned. In addition,various fans are available.
- Fully furnished kitchen(no dishwasher) and dinning area
- Living room with sofa bed, Cable TV and fully air conditioned.

- Two private parking in front of the apartment

The Cerro Gordo beach has bathrooms, snack bar, picnic tables and resident life guards. It also has scenic walking paths and biking trails with amazing views.
The apartment is just 35 minutes from San Juan Airport, 30 minutes from Arecibo and 60 minutes from the West Area (Isabela, Rincon). In addition, the Apartment is less than 20 minutes from the Barceloneta Premium Outlet Mall and various Golf Courses are located within 10 minutes.
Many restaurants, golf courses, hotels, local facilities and fast foods are located within a 5 or 10 minute drives, including grocery, supermarkets and bakeries.
We recommend all guests to rent a car during their stay as, unfortunately, there is no public transportation in the area.

Wonderful Puerto Rican Experience
This apartment one block from the beautiful Cerro Gordo beach was exactly what we wanted. Neither my husband nor I are into high end fancy all inclusive resorts so Arturo's little apartment was great. Very secure. Gated parking lot. Efficiency kitchen - just the right size. Complimentary water and Cokes. We had an issue with one of the a/c units and Arturo fixed it immediately. We most loved the fact that we were definitely off the beaten path. The apartment complex is in the small beach community of Cerro Gordo. The locals were so very nice. We were far enough out that the coqui frogs lulled us to sleep every night. Part of the draw for PR is that if you need your comfort things there is a CVS, Walgreens, Walmart only 20 minutes away. Wonderful restaurants in Dorado and an open air seafood restaurant, El Aurube a few miles west of CG. The beach is in a beautiful cove with palm trees. Be aware that on the weekends, the locals do use the public beach. Family parties, etc. Need quiet? Go up to the left of the public beach in front of the beach rentals and all you hear is the surf. We had a wonderful relaxing 8 days. Yes, we would return. One minor thing....before we return we would love it if Arturo would buy some lamps. We read at night and reading by the overhead was less than great. Otherwise, great rental and vacation!
