At a quiet cozy green centric location, old residential with large space split to 2 big rooms Total 50sq/m, include AC, PC, wireless internet, cable TV, Fax, refrigerator, yard & furniture. Close to Main Street, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, vintage clothes and museum. None fancy, no Jacuzzi, but clean nice place to stay like home. Also close to Rehovot, Mazkeret Batya, Ashdod, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

About the neighbourhood
Founded in 1884, Gedera is one of the oldest cities in the country. In fact, its main street in the old section of the town is a legally preserved area. Currently at 18,000 residents, Gedera will reach its maximum of 50,000 within the next two decades.
There is rapid building in the new section of the town, with most residents working in hi-tech and other white-collar professions. As the number of residents expands, so do the services provided for them, such that there is an overall sense of satisfaction for the work that the municipality provides.
