About the neighbourhood
We are in the south of the wine region called "Côte de Beaune". The landscape is hilly, sometimes rough, and married the vineyard and forest, with breathtaking scenery. Beaune (23 km) is a beautiful little town, very touristy and the wine capital of Burgundy. The visit is a must! To the west lies Autun, Gallo-Roman city showing many vestiges of the time, and very beautiful example of Romanesque architecture. The cathedral Saint Lazare is known specialist in the world. The art history lovers will enjoy! Nearby are many hiking trails (walking or cycling) allowing you walks of any length.
Getting around
The quiet and greenery have their bad side! Few public transport available, although a bus service connects us to the nearest cities.
