House Rental
The house is located nearby a very thick forest, protected by the government (wild life reservation forest). The area is flat and it is the beginning of a very flat valley 1100 meters above the sea level, where it is really enjoyable for walking and cycling. The building is handmade due to the fact that the material is stone and the walls are 0.5 m thick, providing an excellent isolation. The roof is all wooden and covered by thick isolation and tiles obtained from very old buildings that withstand the ice. This construction ensures a very good indoor temperature considering the fact that the heaters are independent, running with gas. As a result there is continuous heating independent from any power interruptions, or anything else. The heating of the house, also comes from a very big fireplace and a small stove in case of emergency. The fireplace very big and quite functional. The house has all the necessary facilities for comfortable living and a beautiful closed veranda for unlimited view to the valley and the forest. One very big advantage of the house is the water that comes from a big spring nearby, after testing it is 100% drinkable, great in taste and chemically excellent for health. It is really refreshing, since its temperature is 2-4°C and through a quick gas burner it comes also heated for shower and bath purposes. Outside the house, surrounded by trees, there is a big area used for parking and other fun activities. There is also one closed garage space, storage for wood and bicycles for all ages, to be used carefully and go around the valley.
