Two story boathouse that sleeps 5 comfortably , complete with downstairs king size bed , bathroom and fireplace. The upper part can be accessed from outside or up the spiral staircase. The upstairs has a living area with two coaches, tv, bunkbed with a double and single mattress and a small kitchenette complete with two small fridges. Use of all three decks, upper, middle and bottom and a 50 foot dock while renting the the boathouse. Water accessories like canoe, paddles, paddleboat, floaties are also provided. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ complete with propane , outdoor lounge furniture on all three decks and firepit complete with firewood. If you want to bring your jet ski, there is a jet ski lift available to park overnight and boat launches located in town or over at the marina. ...
