Modern, bright kitchen is equipped with oven, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, egg cooker and dishwasher. Guests' toilet is on the ground floor. The living room is decorated with high-quality and comfortable furnishings: Relax wonderfully on the individually adjustable reclining chair and on the large couch with ottoman and adjustable head rests. The master bedroom with a balcony, children's room and a modern bathroom with shower and the washing machine are located in the upper floor. Electric iron is also provided. On rainy days, you can either play indoor games or spend time reading books in the in-house library with your loved ones. The house has a south-facing, partially covered terrace with elegant garden furniture. Behind the house you will find garden chairs, a barbecue and a garden shed, which provides space for bicycles or fishing equipment, as the Süssauer beach offers very good fishing opportunities. A separate fish cleaning place is located in the property. The beach sauna and the in-house gym are available for a nominal fee. Register at the front desk for availing these services. On request, you will receive terry and sauna towels. The Süssauer Beach is a long natural beach. The larger part of the beach has been freely allocated for dogs. The holiday home is located in the good-weather corner 'Ostholstein', which is situated near the Fehmarn Island. In the event of inclement weather the surrounding areas offer rewarding excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake district, the Hansa Park Sierksdorf and the Island of Fehmarn with shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is situated only a short distance away. You can explore the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein on the well-maintained bike paths.
