Dispone de cocina totalmente equipada, comedor espacioso, salón encarado a sur con una gran luz natural, 7 habitaciones y 6 baños. Al exterior, piscina privada, jardín, barbacoa cubierta, y, una sala polivalente de 60m2 para todo tipo de celebraciones. Además, Vilanova tiene una gran variedad de servicios extras como mini pista de fútbol (futbito), mini pista de básquet, parque infantil y ping-pong.
