It features a large sitting/dinning room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom ensuite. The terrace overlooks the spectacular Spinola Bay and its main promenade with shops, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine. The property is within walking distance from a sandy beach, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, cinemas, a bowling alley and bus stop. High speed Wifi is available in the apartment. An excellent golf course is within a 15-20 minute drive.
