Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in central St Julian's, just 2 minutes walk away to Spinola Bay and a few doors away from the newly built complex namely Spinola Park. This complex hosts a large supermarket, car park, several cuisines and shops.

Situated in a small block and family managed, this apartment has been refurbished and offers accommodation in the form of a spacious bedroom, living/dining area including a 32' cable TV, bathroom with shower and a small internal yard.
