This lovely 3 bedroom penthouse has two large outside sunny terraces and is located in a quiet but central area in St Julian's. St Julians is one of the largest touristic areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages. This 80 sqm penthouse has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows and gets lots of light all throughout the day. This penthouse has also air-conditioning. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a 20 sqm terrace overlooking the Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. The penthouse has a bath and also a shower room. It has a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, air-conditioning, heating, and fans. A nice Gas BBQ, table, chairs, and deckchairs compliment this property to make full use of its outside terraces. Smoking is not allowed inside the flat but only on the terraces. Pets are not permitted. The block is served by lift. At the main entrance of the block, there is a flight of stairs leading towards the elevator and a flight of stairs just before the penthouse door. There are about 20 steps in total. Apartment specifications: Front terrace 15 sqm with Gas BBQ and garden furniture, back terrace 8 sqm with outdoor chairs too. Internal area is about 90 sqm. 4rth floor with lift, 20 steps at the building entrance 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, bathroom, shower room, Sleeps 2-8 persons. Facilities: Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge. Well equipped kitchen including Electric oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc. Hair Dryer, iron and ironing board and Washing machine. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in Winter. Air conditioning is provided in 2 bedrooms. Towels and bed sheets are provided. ____________________________________________________ Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 200 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. This apartment is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there are 20 steps. This apartment is not suitable for persons that find it difficult to go up 20 steps. The buses are very frequent and go directly to all major tourist attractions. St. Julian's is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs ( Paceville is Malta's best nightlife area is just 400m away from this apartment), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away.
