Fantastic! We were looking for a 3 bedroomed accommodation with views over the rolling hills of the Emilia Romagna countryside with easy access to the Misano race circuit and other sites such as San Marino and Rimini. We found it with Angelo's upstairs apartment in Gemmano. Idyllic views and all needed conveniences. Angelo couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful.

Die sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung liegt exponiert im 1. Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses. Der Eigentümer wohnt im selben Haus. Er war überaus hilfsbereit. Wir durften unsere E-Bikes in seiner Garrage unterstellen und aufladen. Er hatte viele wertvolle Tipps für uns. Gemmano liegt etwas abseits der Küste im hügeligen Montefeltro. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Der Ort ist ideal für Ausflüge an die Küste oder ins Hügelland.

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock war sehr sauber und hatte alles Nötige vorhanden. Der Vermieter wohnt in einer separaten Wohnung im Erdgeschoß und ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Da das Dorf Gemmano in den Bergen liegt hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Ravenna, Rimini und Cattolica. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Eine schöne große Wohnung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Alleine schon für den Ausblick lohnt es sich, dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Sehr netter Vermieter, wohnt auch im Haus, ist aber wenig von zu merken.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het prachtige appartement. Toen we aankwamen was alles heel erg schoon. Het appartement is erg ruim met 3 balkons en een prachtig uitzicht. Elke avond konden we genieten van de zonsondergang. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we hebben goede tips gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving en kregen abrikozen uit eigen tuin. Kortom het was een heerlijke week waar we erg van hebben genoten. We raden dit appartement zeker aan!

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und wunderschön in den Hügeln von Gemmano gelegen, nur 12 km von der Adria entfernt. Vom Balkon (es sind 3) sieht man die Adria. Ein herrlicher Blick. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen bei leicht geöffnetem Fenster und bei sehr angenehmer Temperatur trotz der Wärme an der Küste. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.
