The Hayloft is a small apartment for two on the upper floor of a barn. The entrance is up a short external flight of stone steps with a handrail. The accommodation is all on one level, with a compact, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen leads through to the spacious sitting/bedroom which has a double bed, sofa, TV and DVD. Original features in this room include an exposed stone wall, rafters and pitched roof. There is a bathroom with shower, hand-basin and toilet. Lovely peaceful retreat

Birchover is in a secluded position on the edge of the village of Birchover in the Peak District National Park, not far from the lovely market town of Bakewell. Just a stroll from the village along a quiet country lane, it commands splendid views over rolling countryside.
