I have been going to Waulsort for nearly 16 years now.
It has been a retreat place for me and my friends from university. And it has been a tradition for years to go back there at least once a year and camp on the river bank.
In the past few years, we stopped camping and started staying at Tienne Qui Briole.
This place has character, a great view, a biiiiiig living/dining room so we can all be together while doing different things.
Rooms are decorated with style, and sobriety.
Kitchen has all we need to cook a meal for the group.
The outside terrace and BBQ are probably our favourite daytime spot. We could spend all day there.
The owners (The Elleboudt brothers) make sure everything is perfect for our stay, and have always been the nicest hosts ever (we usually forget stuff there, and it's always nice to know it's not lost forever)
I would recommend the place to anyone who loves nature, walks, but also a place where you can...
