Welcome to Puddleduck Cottage. New to the holiday market this recently modernised property in Greetham village, Rutland consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), living room, garden room, kitchen and bathroom with over bath shower. The cottage has gas central heating and a wood burner. Private parking is at the rear of the cottage. There is a fully enclosed private garden and outside sitting area to the rear of the property. Guests have access to the shed whereby they can store bicycles or any other type of outdoor sports equipment. Greetham is just north of Rutland Water, a large reservoir with its many tourist attractions (sailing, fishing, bird watching, cycling, walking etc). 5 min drive to Rutland Water, RSPB Bird Fair. 20 min. drive to Burghley House.
