Overview
Holiday Rental House -
2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 8
Mele, Efate
Our main property at Pangona has now been sold. We have loved owning the property for over a decade, and have enjoyed being immersed in its tropical ambiance. It has always been first and foremost our holiday home and over the years we have always looked forward to our own vacations. However, the need to spend greater amounts of time around increasing business and family commitments has led to us to make the difficult decision to sell.
For ourselves at Sanddollar, we will provide updates in the near future.

What a delightful spot. The perfect stay for us who love the outdoors and the natural delights of island life. The wonderful housekeepers, Tanya and Edgar, her husband were delightful and took us under their wing. What delightful people. Veralyn is a gem and was...More

You "need" to experience this little piece of paradise....... Depending on traffic, the 45min to one hour drive to Sanddollar seems like an eternity, but it's worth every bump in the road. With its timber furnishings with red and white coverings, the sleeping quarters are...More

Additional Rate and Availability Information
Sanddollar is a large property and each booking has exclusive rights over the entire property for the time of their booking. Because Sanddollar can accommodate eight or more guests, we have a tariff system that does not preclude single person, couples and families from staying. Our rates are based on a 'per person per night' basis so as to provide the greatest flexibility. The tariff is simple -

$AUD100 per night for the first person and $AUD30 per night for each subsequent person up to a max of eight people total.

Map
About the neighbourhood
Sanddollar is located with the idyllic Tuk Tuk Bay, which is encompassed within the north western headland of the much larger Mele Bay which takes in Port Vila and its adjacent area. The Area has good access via Devils Point Road which is a main coastal road leading off from the 'Around Island' ring road around Efate Island.

The area around Sanddollar and Pangona Estate has been carefully developed to ensure the predominant rainforest and bush nature has been preserved, with large tropical trees dotting the landscape. However, the dominant aspect of the region is the tropical seaboard, which is ideal for snorkelling, diving, kayaking - and all watersports in general.
