Benone Farmhouse is a beautiful country house retreat, situated in a stunning location, a stone throw away from Benone Beach. On a working farm, it was a family residence until recently. It has been completely refurbished to a high standard with rooms individually furnished in a boutique style. Interaction with guests
I feel it is important to respect guests' privacy yet be available to address any concerns that may arise during their stay. On arrival, I normally meet guests to show them around and suggest local places of interest, activities and recommend local eateries if requested. If unable to do this on the day, a key would be left in a keypad and I would follow up asap with a phone call and a visit later to check they had settled in. I am committed to making my guests feel as comfortable as possible so that they are able to enjoy their holidays and take home pleasant memories.

It's interesting how these guests have misrepresented the key issues that gave rise to their grievances. It was fully explained to them, at the outset, that the upstairs shower had low pressure and that I was presently discussing with a plumber the best way to...More
