Embessy Cottage, Winchester

Overview
Cottage -
2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 4
Twyford, Hampshire, England
Dating from around 1450, Embessy Cottage is believed to be the oldest cottage in Twyford, Winchester

Heavily beamed and filled with character and charm, the cottage is comfortably furnished, and enjoys a peaceful setting with a sheltered south facing garden. It is located on a quiet side road in a timeless street scene of Georgian and older period cottages.

The cottage is easily accessed by public transport with train station 5 minutes walk away and bus stop at the end of the road. Southampton airport is just 10 minutes drive away. There is off street parking provided in the driveway.

This cosy holiday cottage is great for a romantic break for a couple, we have had honeymoon couples staying, or a base for a family holiday with ample space for a family of 4 and a safe contained garden for children to play.
