Located on a quiet and well maintained site, 80 Elmrise Park accommodates up to 5 people.
Being only 2 miles from Llanstephan beach and 5 miles from the town of Carmarthen it is well situated for exploring the sites and attractions of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Cardigan Bay.
A small fenced area outside has raised decking with seating. There is additional seating to the front of the chalet.
Parking is available next to the chalet.
The on site pool is open between May and September. Exact opening hours are controlled by the site management team and details are posted in the site office.
There is a leisure centre with adult and children's pool, steam and sauna, jacuzzi, gym and fitness suite which is open 7 days a week in Johnstown, approx 3 miles from the chalet on the way to the town of Carmarthen.

If I am unable to meet you on your arrival I will give you the code for the key safe located next to the front door to enable you to access the chalet on your arrival. The electric meter is loaded prior to your arrival and should be sufficient for your stay, however it would be advisable to keep either £1 or £2 coins available just in case your consumption exceeds my expectations. as both heating the water and the chalet heating are electric powered.

At the Pont Abraham and Cross Hands Roundabouts continue on the A48 to Carmarthen

At the 1st Roundabout at Carmarthen take the 2nd Exit (straight on) over the bridge to the next roundabout.

Route 2 & 3
From A40 Llandovery OR A483 Lampeter/Pencader follow the bypass heading towards St.Clears & Tenby

At the 1st Roundabout with Traffic Lights take the 3rd Exit (turn right) over the bridge to the next roundabout.

Take the 1st exit (turn left) and go past the entrance to B&Q on the left.
