Villa Maria is a remarkable vila built in1906 and was renewed in 2014. Both the house and its private garden (1.500 m2) are cataloged by the town hall for its great heritage value. The house is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a large hallway with a piano, a WC and a welcoming space with extensive information about the activities in the surroundings. On the first floor there are 5 rooms that are able to accommodate 14/15 people and two bathrooms. The third floor consists of a suite with a three single bed. The suite includes a kitchenette and separate bathroom and a lobby with a sofa that can be transformed in a bed. The private garden is very large (1.500m2) and it offers different areas for relax. You can enjoy the playground with swings, trampoline, wooden house, table tennis, etc. The pool is protected with a security fence. Next to the pool there is a changing room with hot water. There is a barbecue (gas) area with all facilities for cooking, tables and chairs. You can enjoy our "nap" area under centenary lime trees. Pets are allowed including PPP. Wifi and Movistar + and foreign channels. If you want, there can be a daily cook service or in a timely manner upon request. You can rent from the house for a single night if paying a supplement. Parties are not allowed. Family and friends gatherings and small celebrations with a maximum of approx. of 30 people are allowed until 9 pm. In case of rain there is enough space inside the vila as well as chairs, tables, cutlery, ... necessary for 25 people. Please consult specific conditions. The vila is also a remarkable place for activities organised by companies. You can go to town on foot (5 minutes) and you can also easily reach Barcelona city center by train (Line R2). The train station is Palautordera. (50 minutes from Paseo de Gracia - city center). There is a bus that can take you to the station. In the neighboring farm you can buy vegetables, fruits, eggs, ... and in the village there are supermarkets, delicatessen shops, restaurants, take-away food, .... The local market takes place on Saturday morning. In the surroundings there is a wide range of activities and places of interest for all ages.
