This centrally located 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for a family or couples who wish to be within easy walking distance of all the local commodities as well as the Medran lift station. The apartment has a long sunny south facing balcony with great views of the mountain ranges beyond. The large windows in the apartment let in a lot of light, giving it a very cheery, welcoming and bright atmosphere. There is a large open plan living and dining area with an open fireplace, flatscreen TV, DVD player and HIFI system. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people and there is direct access to the kitchen from here. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, under counter fridge and dishwasher. (2 x 80 cms singles or 160 cm King and in the other room 2 x 90 cm singles or 180 cm Superking). Please advise if you have a preference when booking. The apartment has a family bathroom and another separate shower room with a WC.There is a ski locker available for use in the basement of the building and a garage parking space for a standard size vehicle. The prices quoted above are on a self catered basis and include the provision of linen and towels plus a clean prior to arrival and upon departure. Bookings of two weeks or more will also have a mid stay clean and linen change. Extra services such as transportation, catering, additional cleaning, ski lessons and ski equipment on arrival can be arranged if required. The prices shown are based on 4 people. For additional persons there would be a supplement of CHF 25 per person per night or CHF 150 per person per week. Tourist tax is not included in the price quoted above and will be charged at the time of booking at 4.00chf per person per night for adults and 2.00chf for children under 16. More
