We invite you to come relax and enjoy our stunning sea views during your stay in our 4**** Apartment in a prime location just 200 yards from the superb sandy beach and coastal footpath at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, Cornwall. We also have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom Apartments and a detached 4 bedroom house. Apartment 7 is situated on the second floor with superb panoramic sea and country views overlooking Harlyn Bay and the coastline. The spacious accommodation comprises of a large lounge area with picture windows overlooking the bay, flat screen TV, DVD and CD, a fully fitted kitchen/diner with fridge freezer, oven /hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in one double room and one twin room with a separate bathroom and toilet. A lovely view from the comfortable cosy flat .very near accessible beach and coastal path.a very nice lovely spot with a nice garden .not too many houses. .beach shop down the rd .a car drive to5mins to store.More

Thank you for your kind review, apartment 7 has wonderful views of Harlyn Beach, you can watch the surfers from your armchair if the water is cold. Our local Village of St Merryn a mile away with shops, restaurants, petrol and an award winning baker...More

Our fifth visit to Yellow Sands, such wonderful views of Harlyn Bay and the coastline from apartment 7, so clean and comfortable, everything you need and just a short walk from the coast path and beautiful beach!

We enjoyed our stay at No.7 yellow sands. The decor was dated but so very clean, the bedding was fresh and upto date. The charm of the wonky floors and sinks in bedrooms came with great sea views and wonderful sunsets. The beach really is...More

Thank you for your review, the building is originally from the Edwardian era so has character, as they call it, but thanks to this it has spacious rooms with large windows and tremendous sea and country views to enjoy. We do the cleaning ourselves so...More

St Merryn village, 1 mile, has all the essential local amenities; A Medieval parish Church; Village Shops; Post Office; Petrol Station & restaurants. Within the locality a wide variety of pastimes may be pursued. The harbour at Padstow offers sea-fishing trips; cruises along the coast & exhilarating speedboat rides. The estuary is a haven for water sports and the Camel Trail wends its way along the old railway route to Wadebridge & and onto Bodmin for scenic cycle ride outings…… Other local leisure pursuits include Horse Riding; Go Karting; Tennis; Bowls; Harlyn Surf school and even Parachuting! For Golf enthusiasts there are championship links courses close by at Trevose and St Enodoc across the estuary at Rock plus lots of other courses.
How to get there
The journey to Cornwall has greatly improved with the main access route, the A30, now mostly dual carriageway from Exeter, where the M5 finishes, all the way to Lands End.
