This lovely country house, is located 35 km north of Rome,in a beautiful area called Sabina, well-known for its extra virgin olive oil. The villa, in the center of a 30 hectare estate, is surrounded by vineyards and centuries-old trees. It faces the Mount Lucretili Nature Park, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Lazio Region. On the ground floor the old stable has been turned into a billiard room. Outside, in the huge garden, there is a swimming-pool (13m x 7m) a private five-a-side football pitch and several games for children (swings etc.). Potrete rilassarvi nella nostra piscina privata, passeggiare per il grande parco, giocare a biliardo o a calcetto, fare escursioni, trekking e molto altro! La Tenuta esercita anche attività di bed&breakfast: se si intende affittare la singola stanza, con colazione inclusa, potete contattarci per mail o telefono. Il casale é dotato di una piscina (13m x 7m), un campo da calcetto e un tavolo da biliardo. L'interno consta di due stanze matrimoniali (ciascuna con bagno in camera) e altre due camere con due letti singoli ciascuna (e bagno esterno); cucina attrezzata (con caminetto); due salotti, uno con tv satellitare e uno con caminetto; sala da pranzo; ascensore, terrazza e ampio giardino (con giochi per bambini), costeggiato dalle vigne. All'esterno é presente un portico con un antico forno a legna.

Ottima location per un weekend di relax o tra amici. Immersa in una valle tutta verde la casa è davvero accogliente e ben curata. Grazie di tutto.

Soggiorno fantastico
Tre famiglie con bambini abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nel mese di luglio. Un tipico casale della Sabina immerso nel verde e alberi d’olivo. Dotato di ogni comfort e una bellissima piscina. Fondamentale la presenza dei due custodi che grazie alla loro passione e professionalità hanno reso il soggiorno speciale.

Posto da favola a due passi da roma
Bellissimo casale con tutti i confort! Cucina con camino piena di utensili per cucinare! Camere da letto molto confortevoli e calde con vista mattutina spettacolare.... Il campo di calcetto e il biliardo sono un ottimo svago! I custodi sono gentilissimi! Un posto da consigliare

Compleanno in pieno relax
Posto fantastico in una tenuta immersa nella natura. Completa per ogni passatempo, dallo sport, all'arte culinaria....ci abbiamo tutti lasciato il cuore. Un ringraziamento particolare alla proprietaria Laura che ci ha conquistato con la sua disponobilità e gentilezza. Ci torneremo!!!!!!!
