This cosy and comfortable ground floor apartment (approx. 54m2) will provide a wonderfully relaxing base for your holiday. The apartment is spacious and furnished to a high standard, with wonderful mountain views from the living room and garden. Enjoy an aperitif whilst the sun goes down over Mont Blanc!

Facilities include kitchen, living/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bath and shower attachment and separate toilet.

Outside there is off road parking and a ski locker.

A baby cot is available.

It is located very conveniently on the edge of the village and an easy stroll to all the village amenities, including a wonderful bakery, restaurants, children's playground and ski bus. It is in a very tranquil setting, backing onto fields – where children love to sledge.

The apartment is on the edge of the village of Combloux, 4 km from the bustling town of Megeve. Being close to the village all the facilites are handy - Combloux has a small supermarket, restaurants, excellent bakeries and a butcher. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away.

There is also a children's playground 3 minutes walk away.

In summer the outdoor swimming pool is 10 mins on foot.
