Shared: At nearby Clerodendrum Chalet, there is the fully equipped kitchen (e.g. stove, microwave, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, refrigerator, sink), a dining room (with wall-fan and with large windows providing panoramic views to the garden), and an out-door sitting area (with umbrellas and fans). Community garden: Most of the 7,000 sqm large garden can be explored and used for recreation. Large natural pond, 7 meters deep, can be used for swimming and boating. Fishing possible on request. Facilities: Wi-Fi Internet, accessible in the stilt-house as well as throughout the property. Tap water and electricity. Parking (1 car or 1 motorbike) within the property. Using the boat on the big pond. Using barbecue equipment in the garden. Food: The house is offered for self-catering, but we can occasionally offer food, e.g. breakfast, if ordered in advance. Delivery services for meals and groceries are available and free. A Thai restaurant is within walking distance, as well as some grocery stores. Public transportation: Available from street adjacent to the property. Private means of transport: Car, motorbike, scooter, bicycle, can be rented. Transport service by Uber and Grab available. Pets: On our property live several cats and one dog outdoors. We therefore regret that we can not accommodate guests who want to bring their own pets. Suitability: This unique stilt-house is best suitable for a person or couple who likes nature and an inspiring tranquil environment, or for a couple in the honeymoon. For a handicapped person, and for a child below the age of 12 years, this home is not suitable. More

Interaction with guests
We are two: Samran and Dieter, but your host is Samran (nickname Sam or Sammi). We both live nearby, that means on the same plot of land but in a separate chalet. We both are always available for you if needed. Generally, Sam is open to socialize with guests but he fully respects your privacy. Dieter acts more in the background and is happy to supply any information and guidance to guests if specifically requested. On our property, a plot of land of 7,000 sqm, there are a few other homes where guests may stay or live. Interaction with them may happen on a mutually free decision. As each guest has his own refuge, there is little chance to forcibly interact with them.
