Our elegant apartment has been recently renovated. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet building, surrounded by lot of greenery and has a beautiful covered terrace where you can spend relaxing moments.
The house consists of a detached kitchen, fully equipped. (american coffee maker too) Living room is very large and has a sofa bed, as well as an area with large day bed that converts to additional double bed. Privacy for additional guests is guaranteed by a shelter.

Linens are intended for the entire stay; they will be replaced only for reservations of more than one week. You are supposed to wash dishes, and clear the garbage.
Tourist tax is 1.5 euros per person per day and must be regulated at the arrival.

Our house is located in the most beautiful and peaceful place in Desenzano. Located about 200 meters from the lake, where there is a small beach within walking distance, you can also reach the beautiful city center in about 10 minutes flat walk, suitable for all.
It 's also possible to reach the nearby Lido di Lonato (1 km) with its restaurants on the shores and the village of Padenghe with a walk on the lake front.
At the back of the building starts the slopes of a hill, with more walkings to enjoy.
