We are renting a bright studio apartment of about 30 square meters in the quiet town of Roseto degli Abruzzi,on the fourth floor of a building facing the sea. The building, equipped with a lift and insulation, is perfectly positioned for a beach holiday: just cross the street to be on the beach! Located in the north of the town, the accommodation consists of three small rooms: a kitchenette, a living / dining room with a double bed and a small bathroom with a shower. Each room has a window from which you can enjoy respectively the view of the sea, the surrounding garden or the beautiful green hills of the district (see photos). The beach service is included in the booking price and consists of an umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed in the lido opposite the building just 10 meters away! The property has a 43-inch TV, ceiling fan, washing machine, electric stove, small fridge, retractable mosquito nets on all windows and a storage closet. There are numerous seaside restaurants within walking distance of the apartment; the closest is right in front of the building. The closest supermarket is about 200 meters away. You can park your car on the seafront or in a large free car park about 200 meters away. There is a rack in the courtyard for those who want to bring their bike on holiday. Otherwise you can rent one and use the cycle lane, which is located right in front of the building. The location is also strategic for anyone who wants to visit Abruzzo, to spend time in the mountains or simply relax. Only 1 hour away by car, you can reach the Gran Sasso d'Italia, while Pescara, Teramo and the splendid "Trabocchi" coast are about thirty minutes away. Roseto degli Abruzzi offers a rich season of summer events with outdoor cinema festivals, summer markets with sales of local products, village festivals, sports tournaments, musical concerts, beauty contests, street artists and much more. The following services are included in the price of the stay: Water - Electricity - Towels - Bed linen. Additional information: the railway station is 1 km away. The nearest toll booths are respectively: Roseto A14 - 7km / Val Vomano A24 - 26km. Pets are not allowed.

Great apartment, perfect location

Great studio apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is brilliant, just cross the road and you’re on the beach! Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and great beach bars. We couldn’t believe an umbrella area at the beach was included in the price, which makes the overall stay such good value, and it was so nice knowing our spot on the beach was booked and ready for us every day. The apartment was incredibly clean and has lovely views of both the beach and the hills. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a supermarket within walking distance. The owner Gabriele was so kind and helpful and offered lots of great advice on the area and places to visit, he definitely helped us get the most out of our stay. We loved the area and look forward to visiting again!
