Situated in a little village 3km from the Addo Elephant National Park Southern gate, is a lovely self-catering holiday home for families or friends to enjoy time close to the Sundays River. Indoor braai, entertainment area and only 250 meters from the Sundays River, our accommodation will suit any family or friends looking for a relaxed holiday.

Won't be back

The house had everything that we needed for our stay and thought it relatively clean. The children enjoyed the Pool Table. Glad it was not summer as the pool was so small, not sure we would have all have been able to swim at one time. I was totally shocked with the fact that they don't take Covid related cases seriously at all and even if guests are Sick they will not transfer the booking to another date. We did not ask for a refund but only to take up the booking on another date. It was a firm NO! We also advised the accommodation 48 hours before our booking arrival and they only answered our calls and messages 12 hours before arrival. Very disappointed and won't be back or use any of Sundanze services every again.

Unhygienic and Mis-Leading

Our first shocker on arrival was the Jacuzzi size small pool, the picture is so misleading. The house is nice and spacious, however there was dead cockroaches everywhere, the house had a funny smell. There was a layer of dust and could tell it wasn't cleaned on the day of arrival. I was so disgusted I couldn't eat but considering the money we spend and the time we travelled I felt I didn't have a choice. What made me write this review was even after my complaint no one contacted me as promised, the only call I got was on a Sunday past 4pm to tell me check out is at 10am and not very friendly, when I told her I checked out this morning already , I just got oh sorry they must have misplaced the key. I feel the service I got was unprofessional and if it was my house I would not have leave it in the hands it is now.
