We recently spent 5 days at Breezes in Montserrat celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary.... and wished it could have been longer! We were not interested in a typical Caribbean resort/touristy experience and this was perfect. We absolutely loved the villa (view and setting are breathtaking) and the peacefulness of the island. Now we are dreaming about how/when we can return!

We had a fantastic one week stay. Mike the owner was easily accessible and responsive starting at the time of our booking. Pickett the house manager picked us up at the airport, handled our car rental, and got us settled with local driver's licenses. We were on the island over the Christmas holiday, and during several days of our stay most restaurants and shops were either closed or had limited hours. We made do, and nevertheless had a fantastic stay on this peaceful and welcoming island. Monsterrat Breezes could not have been a better home base. The views are amazing, the living spaces are comfortable, and the location of the house is great. The home feels like it is off the beaten path but at the same time is close to shops and restaurants, and in close proximity to Woodlands Beach which is a beautiful spot. The grounds of Monsterrat Breezes are gorgeous as well. We hope to be back...

Special place on a special island. Everyone associated with the house couldn’t have been more helpful. Mike, the owner, was wonderful at communicating and answering any questions we had before arrival and during our stay. Pickett, the property manager, arranged pickup from the airport, the rental car delivery to the house, and dinner from J.D.’s Catering in Salem for our arrival. He checked in with us on at least a weekly basis to make sure everything was okay. Anita came twice a week to clean both the interior and exterior spaces. She was delightful and helpful if we had questions.
The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need to make meals at the house. Lots of dishes, tableware, glassware, etc. Having a washer AND dryer makes it easier to pack less for the trip. WiFi worked great throughout the house.
The layout of the house allows everyone a private bedroom and outdoor space to relax along with large areas for group gatherings.
Plenty of bath and beach towels and bed linens.
The house is cooled by the trade winds, and there are ceiling and standing fans throughout. Although there are high definition, Smart tvs in all of the bedrooms, we never turned them on. We wanted to get away from all of that.
We enjoyed watching the agoutis on the property. I highly recommend the house, the owner, and the people who work at the property.

Absolutely stunning property in the hills of Monts...
Absolutely stunning property in the hills of Montserrat. We couldn't ask for anything more and Pickett was extremely helpful getting us started. Easy to move around the island and good snorkeling in Little Bay. Enjoyed coming back for a restful afternoon in our private hideaway. Michael was very responsive to our questions. Thanks again!

Maison idéalement située avec vue surplombant la mer , un havre de paix.
Pour ma première expérience de location sur le site abritel, je ne suis pas déçu. La maison était parfaite. Nous avions tout le confort nécessaire, nous n’avions plus qu’à poser nos affaires et profiter d’un cadre fantastique au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous sommes partis en famille avec un couple d’ami et leurs enfants et chacun avait son espace et sa tranquillité. Une maison idéale pour la recherche de quiétude. Nous étions à 800 mètres des commerces et et à un plus d’un kilomètre de la plage. Les informations étaient claires avec une très bonne communication par mail. Nous avions eu droit à notre arrivée à une bouteille de vin, petite attention sur que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Je vous conseille cette location qui nous a permis de nous évader quelquels jours .
